
Ned: Hi, this is our segment on our new show called Spazzing is Funzing (the great instructions that tell you how to spaz). And if your going to spaz why not do it right. Ted and I are here to give all the hints you need to spaz.
Ted: Step one: Start off with a simple twitch.
Ned: Step two: move into a worm motion that begins at the ground, moving squidlike.
Ted: Step three: start slapping yourself in the head continuesly until your cheeks turn a deep purple.
Ned: Are you feeling the burn yet?
Ted: Great. You seem to be getting the hang of it already.
Ned: Step four: Backflip into the wall several times until you break both knees.
Ted: Step five: Knock yourself out with a hammer and fall to the ground. Stay there for five minutes.
Ned: Step six: Start to twitch again when you wake up and repeat the exercise.
Ted: Remember don't leave out your friends. They are great to invite. So invite a friend and share the fun.
